DS/2 BLU series burners have an output range of 44 - 2400 kW and are suitable for medium and low temperature hot water boilers, hot water or steam boilers, and heat transfer oil furnaces. The burner is in the "smooth two-stage fire" operation mode, and a PID ratio regulator and corresponding probe can also be installed to realize the "proportional adjustment" operation mode. The DS/2 BLU series burners ensure efficient system operation in a variety of applications, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs. The unique design of the burner reduces the size of the equipment, making it easy to use and maintain. Specially designed air duct loops and the use of sound-absorbing materials greatly reduce noise emissions. A wide range of optional accessories enhances the flexibility of equipment operation.
The DS 310-410-800-900/E BLU burner is characterized by a monolithic structure, which means that all necessary components are combined in one unit, making installation easier and faster. Burners range from 500 to 9500 kW, and they are designed for use in hot water boilers or industrial steam generators. Operation can be "two-stage progressive" or optionally "modulated" with a PID logic regulator installed or via an external 4-20mA/0-10V signal. The adjustment uses electronic ratio adjustment. As a result, the burner can supply the required power precisely, ensuring efficient system level and stability settings, resulting in improved fuel consumption and reduced operating costs. The combustion head, through advanced simulation design equipment, guarantees to reduce pollution emissions (NOx < 80 mg/kWh).
The GAS powder metallurgy range covers an ignition range of 870 to 4885 kW. Operation features progressive two-stage operation or full modulation with an advanced modulation control system and probe. The gas-fired powder metallurgy range of burners includes applications that are ideal for applications requiring multi-function control (process, steam, refrigeration absorption) where one variable requires output. Due to their sheet metal construction, they are particularly suitable for machining applications where plastic materials may be easily damaged or deformed. Simplified maintenance is achieved by sliding rods that allow access to the burner of the burner head boiler without disassembly.
